The former chairman and chief executive of flavor and scent maker International Flavors & Fragrances Inc., received compensation valued at approximately $8.1 million for the time he served in fiscal 2009, according to a regulatory filing Tuesday.
International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. said Tuesday its board declared a quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share. The New York-based maker of fragrances and flavors for the consumer products industry said the dividend is payable on April 7 to shareholders of record on March 24.
